I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist and mind coach and have been providing a professional and confidential service for more than eight years, both in Nottingham and London.

In that time I have helped hundreds of people overcome a wide range of problems and difficulties.

I am passionate about being able to help other people overcome their problems so they can feel better about themselves, and more forward with their lives.

I have been a guest on BBC Radio Nottingham, and my work has been featured in Cosmopolitan (July 2007) and Zest (March 2008).

I have a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and am also a registered Mind Factor coach, as well as having specialist training in specific areas, including smoking cessation and sports hypnosis. I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

My approach is, where possible, to get to the root cause of the problem so that you can achieve a permanent solution. I use a "client centred" approach which means he will treat you as the unique individual you really are.

All sessions are strictly private and confidential.
